Stuffed Mushrooms |

| 80 Mushrooms, washed, stems removed | 1/2 tsp Garlic Salt |
| 1/2 c Butter, melted | 1 - 8oz package Cream Cheese, softened |
| 1/4 c grated Parmesan Cheese | 1/2 c Mushroom Stems, chopped fine |
Preheat oven to 350. Line baking sheets with foil. Brush or dip the caps with butter and place on baking sheets. Blend together remaining ingredients and fill the caps with the mixture. Bake for 15 minutes. Freeze leftovers and bake for five to ten minutes to reheat. |
