Microwave Herbed Corn on the Cob |

| 1 Tbl Flour | 1/2 tsp Salt |
| 1 Reynolds Oven Bag (14X20) | 1/8 tsp Pepper |
| 2 Tbl grated Parmesian Cheese | 1/2 C Water |
| 1/2 tsp Rosemary or Basil | 1/4 C Butter or Margarine |
| 3-4 Medium Ears Fresh or Frozen Corn | |
Shake flour in cooking bag to prevent it from bursting, place in a microwave safe baking dish. Add cheese, rosemary or basil, salt, pepper, water and butter. Squeeze bag to blend mixture well. Add corn to bag and turn or roll corn to coat with sauce. Arrange corn in single layer. Cut six 1/2 inch slits in top of bag. Microwave on high 9 - 14 minutes until corn is tender. Let stand in bag 2 minutes. Empty bag into serving dish and drizzle remaining sauce in bag over corn. |
