To keep your sink drains from smelling pour baking soda in your drain and let it sit.

Use baking soda as a water softener water in washing machines to help remove soap and soap build up on your clothes. 

• Cut laundry soap down by 1/3 to 1/2 and add 1/4 cup of baking soda to the water as the tub fills.
• Also use white Vinegar in the final rinse instead of fabric softener, clothes come out great.

Remove shampoo build up in your hair, make it more manageable and stay clean longer by placing about a quarter size amount of baking soda in your hand and mixing it in your shampoo before putting it on your hair.

Baking Soda makes a great teeth whitener and substitute for toothpaste.
