Edible Salad Bowls
   
1 package egg roll skins about 6 3/4x6 3/4 inches in diameter
Vegetable oil  
   

Heat oil in wok or deep fryer to 375 degrees.

Lay 1 egg roll skin on surface of hot oil.

Press down with a soup ladle until completely covered with oil.

Fry until crisp and golden brown, 1 to 2 minutes.

Transfer to paper towels and carefully remove ladle.

Flip bowl upside down to drain and cool.

Fill with your favorite salad.
