All Dressed Up Chops |

| 6 Pork Chops 1 1/4 - 1 1/2 inch thick | 2 Tbs. light Raisins |
| 1 1/2 Cups Bread Crumbs, toasted | Salt and Pepper |
| 1/2 Cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded | 2 Tbs. Butter, melted |
| 1/2 Cups Apple, chopped and unpared | 2 Tbs. Orange Juice |
| 1/8 tsp. Cinnamon | 1/4 tsp. Salt |
Preheat oven to 350. On the fat side of chops cut a pocket being careful not to open the very ends. Salt and Pepper the insides to your taste preference. In a bowl toss Bread Crumbs, Apple, Cheese and Raisins together. In a separate bowl combine melted Butter, Orange Juice, Salt and Cinnamon. Pour over Bread mixture and toss lightly with a fork until just moistened. Lightly stuff chops and place in a shallow baking pan. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Cover with foil and bake 15 minutes more. |
