Suss-Saure Sosse Fur Salat (Sweet & Sour Sauce for Salad) |

| 5 - 6 slices bacon fried crisp, reserve small amount of drippings in pan | 2 - 3 c cold water, depending on desired thickness of dressing |
| 3/4 c Sugar | 1 Tbl Flour |
| 2 - 3 Eggs | 2 Tbl Vinegar |
| Salt to taste | |
Add water to pan with drippings. Mix together sugar, flour and eggs, beat well. Stir in vinegar and salt. Add to skillet and cook over low heat until thick. Pour hot dressing over salad greens, toss and serve immediately. |
