Bayrischer Krautsalat Bavarian Cabbage Salad |

| 1 small head of White Cabbage, cored & shredded | 1 Tbl White Vinegar |
| Salt and Pepper | 1 Tbl Salad Oil |
| 1/2 Tsp Caraway Seeds | Boiling Water |
In a large bowl mix cabbage, 1 Tbl of salt and caraway seeds. Cover with boiling water and place a tight lid on top for 15 minutes. Drain most but not all of the water. Add vinegar and oil. Salt and pepper to taste. Mix well but do not refrigerate before serving. |
