Autumn Pear Crisp |

| 8 oz. Cream Cheese | 1 Tbs. Brown Sugar |
| 1/8 tsp. Ground Cinnamon | 1 lg. Pear, chopped. (I am almost sure a canned pear would work) |
| 4 Nilla Wafer, crushed | 1 Tbs. Pecan Pieces |
| 1 Tbs. Butter | 2 Tbs. Whipped Topping, thawed |
In a bowl mix cream cheese, sugar and cinnamon until blended. Then, stir in pears. Spoon this mixture into 2 custard cups. set the cups on a baking sheet. Next, mix wafers, pecans and butter in a small bowl. Sprinkle over the mixture in the custard cups. Bake for 25 minutes or until the pears bubble. Serve warm with a little whipped topping on top. This recipe makes two servings. |
