Banana Ice Cream |

| 2 extra ripe medium size Bananas | 2 Eggs |
| 1 1/4 c Sugar | 1/2 tsp Vanilla |
| 1/4 tsp Salt | 1/3 tsp Ground Nutmeg |
| 2 c Whole Milk | 2 c Whipping Cream |
Puree Bananas in a blender to make 1 cup. In a large bowl, beat together eggs, sugar, vanilla, salt and nutmeg. Beat in pureed Banana. Stir in Milk and Whipping Cream. Cover and refrigerate 2 -3 hours to let flavors mix. Pour into Ice Cream Freezer can and freeze to manufacturers directions. |
