Hoot Owl Pie |

| 1 Right Plucky Hoot Owl, boned and chopped | 1 c Sour Cream |
| 1 Celery Stalk, diced | 1 can Cream of Hoot Owl or Chicken Soup |
| 1 Onion, chopped | Salt and Pepper |
| 1 tsp Oil | Tortillas, warmed |
| 1 1/4 C Broccoli, fresh or frozen, cooked and drained | 1 1/2 c Hoot Owl or Chicken Broth |
| 1 c grated Mozzarella Cheese | Hot Sauce |
Mix owl, celery, onion, Broccoli, sour cream, soup, salt and pepper and let them sit while you gather eggs, laundry off the line and fetch in some well water (35 - 40 minutes). Preheat oven to 325. Give the mix another quick stir and and roll in warm tortillas and lay out in a baking dish. Pour hoot owl broth over it all and bake for 20 minutes while you feed the chickens and slop the hogs. Cover the mixture with the cheese and bake another 5 minutes. Serve with Hot Sauce. |
