Salmon Grill |

| 6 Salmon Steaks, 1 inch thick |
1/4 tsp. Dill Weed |
| 1 tsp. Salt | 1/3 C. Olive Oil |
| 4 cloves Garlic, crushed | 1/4 C. Butter |
| 1 C. fine dry Bread Crumbs | 1/2 C. Parsley, dry |
| Coat a broiler pan with a heavy layer of grease or shortening.
In a blender on low speed mix Oil, Garlic, Parsley, Dill Weed and Salt. Stir in Bread Crumbs and set aside. Broil Salmon Steaks about 4 inches from heat until Salmon flakes easily with a fork, about 8 minutes. Remove from Broiler and spread about two tablespoonfuls of Garlic Dill mixture on each steak. Return to broiler for 1 or 2 minutes until brown. |
