Salmon Grill
   
6 Salmon Steaks, 1 inch thick
1/4 tsp. Dill Weed
1 tsp. Salt 1/3 C. Olive Oil
4 cloves Garlic, crushed 1/4 C. Butter
1 C. fine dry Bread Crumbs 1/2 C. Parsley, dry
   
Coat a broiler pan with a heavy layer of grease or shortening.

In a blender on low speed mix Oil, Garlic, Parsley, Dill Weed and Salt.

Stir in Bread Crumbs and set aside.

Broil Salmon Steaks about 4 inches from heat until Salmon flakes easily with a fork, about 8 minutes.

Remove from Broiler and spread about two tablespoonfuls of Garlic Dill mixture on each steak.

Return to broiler for 1 or 2 minutes until brown.
