Simple Red Snapper |

| 4 - 6 Red Snapper Fillets | 1 cup Butter, Melted |
| 1 tsp. dried Dill Weed | 1/4 tsp. Salt |
| Melt Butter, add Dill Weed and Salt.
Baste Snapper with Butter Sauce and broil until medium golden brown on both sides, turning once. Re-baste Snapper while broiling. Serve remaining Butter Sauce with Snapper for dipping. Re-heat sauce if necessary. Serve hot. |
