Devilish Crab |
|
| 1 tsp. wet Mustard | 1 tsp. Salt |
| 1/2 tsp. Horseradish | 2 Tbl. Flour |
| 1 tsp. Parsley, chopped or dried | 4 Tbl. Butter |
| 2 hard boiled Eggs, chopped | 2 tsp. Lemon Juice |
| 1/2 cup Bread crumbs, buttered | 1 cup Milk, scalded |
| 2 cups Crab Meat, flaked, reserve shells if available | |
Preheat oven to 375.
Fill Crab Shells or individual baking dishes with mixture. Top with bread and bake 15 minutes or until crumbs are browned. |
