Devilish Crab
   
1 tsp. wet Mustard 1 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Horseradish 2 Tbl. Flour
1 tsp. Parsley, chopped or dried 4 Tbl. Butter
2 hard boiled Eggs, chopped 2 tsp. Lemon Juice
1/2 cup Bread crumbs, buttered 1 cup Milk, scalded
2 cups Crab Meat, flaked, reserve shells if available
   

Preheat oven to 375.


Melt Butter and stir in flour to make a smooth paste.


Add hot Milk slowly, stirring until mixture boils and thickens.


Simmer 10 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.

Fill Crab Shells or individual baking dishes with mixture.

Top with bread and bake 15 minutes or until crumbs are browned.
