Vinaigrette Dressing |
|
| 4 medium size Garlic Cloves, crushed | 1/2 tsp Dry Mustard |
| 1/2 c + 2 Tbl Red Wine Vinegar | 1/2 tsp Dill Weed |
| 1/2 c + 2 Tbl Oil | 1/2 tsp Oregano |
| 1/2 tsp Salt and 1/2 tsp Pepper | 1/2 tsp Basil |
| 2 small Scallions, minced | 1 Tbl Lemon Juice |
| pinch of Celery Salt | |
| Place all ingredients in a Ball or Mason Jar. Shake well to mix. Makes 1 1/2 cups. | |
