Teriyaki Marinade
1 c Soy Sauce 3 Tbl Vegetable Oil
1 c Water 1/2 c Chives or Green Onion Tops, chopped
3/4 c Sugar 2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 c Worcestershire Sauce 3 Tbl White Vinegar

Mix all ingredients at once and stir  until sugar dissolves. Marinate Chicken or Steaks with mixture in the refrigerator, covered for 2 hours before grilling. Boil marinade while meat is grilling to use for basting.

*Note: if marinating floured meat refrigerate 8 hours before grilling.
