Teriyaki Marinade |
|
| 1 c Soy Sauce | 3 Tbl Vegetable Oil |
| 1 c Water | 1/2 c Chives or Green Onion Tops, chopped |
| 3/4 c Sugar | 2 tsp Garlic Powder |
| 1/4 c Worcestershire Sauce | 3 Tbl White Vinegar |
Mix all ingredients at once and stir until sugar dissolves. Marinate Chicken or Steaks with mixture in the refrigerator, covered for 2 hours before grilling. Boil marinade while meat is grilling to use for basting. *Note: if marinating floured meat refrigerate 8 hours before grilling. |
