| 1 1/2 c Olive Oil | 1 tsp Salt |
| 2 Tbl Lemon Juice | 1 Tbl Sugar |
| 2 Tbl Tarragon Vinegar | 1 tsp Celery Seed |
| 3 tsp Onion Juice | 1 tsp Mustard Seed |
| 3 Tbl Parsley, chopped fine or dried | 1 1/2 c Sour Cream |
| 1 Garlic Clove | Chives |
| In a Ball or Mason Jar combine all ingredients and shake well to blend. Chill and shake before using. | |
