Cow Dabs (No Bake Oatmeal Cookies) |

| 2 c Sugar | 1/3 c Cocoa |
| 1/2 c Milk | 1/4 c Butter |
| 3 c Rolled Oats (not the quick variety) | 1/2 c Peanut Butter |
| 2 tsp Vanilla | |
Spread several sheets of waxed paper on the large flat surface you will be working on. Mix sugar and cocoa in a heavy saucepan. Stir in milk and butter. Cook and stir over a medium heat until mixture boils, let boil for two minutes more until sugar and cocoa is completely dissolved. Remove from heat and quickly stir in oats, peanut butter and vanilla. Mix well. Drop by heaping tablespoons onto waxed paper. Cool completely and refrigerate in a tight sealing covered container. *Note: These cookies are not the most attractive to look out, thus the name "Cow Dabs". They are, however, a true taste delight for those who enjoy a sinfully rich chocolate sensation. |
