Whipped Cream Pound Cake |

| 2 sticks Butter | 1 tsp Lemon Extract |
| 3 c Sugar | 3 c Flour |
| 6 Eggs | pinch of salt |
| 1 tsp Vanilla | 1/2 pint Whipping Cream, Whipped |
| DO NOT preheat oven. Grease and flour a tube pan or two loaf pans. Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each one. Gently blend in flour and salt. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into pan filling about 2/3 full. Place in cold oven, set temperature to 325 and bake for 1 hour and 20 to 1 hour and 30 minutes. | |
