Mississippi Mud Cake |

| 2 sticks of Butter | 1 1/ c Flour |
| 1/2 c Cocoa | 1/2 c Chopped Nuts |
| 2 c Sugar | 1 tsp Vanilla |
| 4 Eggs | 1 c Mini Marshmallows |
| 1/3 tsp Salt | |
| Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 9 X 12 pan. Melt butter and blend in cocoa. Stir in sugar and eggs. Add remaining ingredients except marshmallows and mix well. Bake 30 - 35 minutes, remove and sprinkle with marshmallows while hot. | |
| 1 box Powdered Sugar | 1/2 c Butter, softened |
| 1/2 c Cocoa | 1/2 tsp Vanilla |
| 1/2 c Milk | |
| Mix all ingredients together and pour over cake while still warm. | |
