John's BBQ Ribs |
|
| Meaty Beef Ribs, not too fatty | 1 - 2 cans Crushed Pineapple |
| 6 Beers of your choice | BBQ Sauce |
In deep stockpot layer ribs and a little pineapple ending with pineapple on top. Pour enough beer over mixture to cover ribs.
Boil 1 hour or until ribs are tender. Drain well. Refrigerate until ready to use or place on a hot BBQ grill and cook long enough to just barely char the meat. Brush or dip ribs in BBQ sauce and return to grill for 5 - 10 minutes or desired amount of doneness. Serve with Baked Beans and Herbed Corn on the Cob with extra BBQ Sauce on the side. |
