John's BBQ Ribs
Meaty Beef Ribs, not too fatty 1 - 2 cans Crushed Pineapple
6 Beers of your choice BBQ Sauce
   

In deep stockpot layer ribs and a little pineapple ending with pineapple on top.

Pour enough beer over mixture to cover ribs.


If you run out of beer you may add water to fill the pot.


Over a high heat bring pot to a rapid boil then lower heat enough to just maintain the boiling.

Boil 1 hour or until ribs are tender. Drain well.

Refrigerate until ready to use or place on a hot BBQ grill and cook long enough to just barely char the meat.

Brush or dip ribs in BBQ sauce and return to grill for 5 - 10 minutes or desired amount of doneness.

Serve with Baked Beans and Herbed Corn on the Cob with extra BBQ Sauce on the side.
