Goulash |

| 2 lbs Round Steak, cut bite size | 2 Tbl Cooking Oil |
| 2 large Onions, thinly sliced | 2 tsp Paprika |
| 1 tsp Salt | Pepper |
| 1 1/2 c Beef Bouillon | 1 Tbl Steak Sauce |
| 1 lb Potatoes, whole and cooked | 1 ten ounce package frozen Peas |
Heat oil in a heavy skillet. Brown meat and onion. Add remaining ingredients except peas and potato's. Cover and simmer until meat is very tender, about 2 hours. Add peas and potato's, simmer 5 minutes more. |
