Goulash
   
2 lbs Round Steak, cut bite size 2 Tbl Cooking Oil
2 large Onions, thinly sliced 2 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Salt Pepper
1 1/2 c Beef Bouillon 1 Tbl Steak Sauce
1 lb Potatoes, whole and cooked 1 ten ounce package frozen Peas
   

Heat oil in a heavy skillet.

Brown meat and onion.

Add remaining ingredients except peas and potato's.

Cover and simmer until meat is very tender, about 2 hours.

Add peas and potato's, simmer 5 minutes more.
