Tasty Burgers

| 2 Lbs. Ground Beef | 2 Tbl. Worcestershire Sauce |
| 1 medium Onion, sliced | 1 small can Mushrooms, sliced |
| 2 Tbl. Butter, melted | 8 slices American or Swiss Cheese |
| 8 thin slices Tomato | Salt, Pepper and Garlic Powder to taste |
| 1000 Island Dressing | 1 Lb. Bacon, fried crisp, drained |
| 8 Sesame Hamburger Buns, split and toasted | |
Shape Ground Beef into 8 Hamburger Patties, season with Salt, Pepper and Garlic Powder. Fry over medium low heat in melted Butter turning once until done. Splash with Worcestershire Sauce just before turning and adding Cheese when done. Meanwhile saute Onion and Mushrooms together in another skillet until Onion becomes clear, keep hot. Toast buns and spread 1000 Island Dressing on op. Add Burgers, top with Bacon, tomato slice and smother with Onions and Mushrooms. Serve with French Fries and sliced Pickles. |
