Venison Steaks
   
2 lbs Venison Steaks cut 1 inch thick 2 large Onions, sliced
Flour, salt and pepper, sifted 1 c Cooking Oil
1 can sliced Mushrooms or 1/2 c fresh 1 c Water
1 Beef Bouillon Cube  
   

Heat oil in a heavy skillet.

Roll steaks in flour mixture and brown on both sides.

Saute onions until they are limp but not brown.

Add remaining ingredients, cover and simmer about 1 hour or until meat is tender.
