Venison Steaks |
|
| 2 lbs Venison Steaks cut 1 inch thick | 2 large Onions, sliced |
| Flour, salt and pepper, sifted | 1 c Cooking Oil |
| 1 can sliced Mushrooms or 1/2 c fresh | 1 c Water |
| 1 Beef Bouillon Cube | |
Heat oil in a heavy skillet. Roll steaks in flour mixture and brown on both sides. Saute onions until they are limp but not brown. Add remaining ingredients, cover and simmer about 1 hour or until meat is tender. |
