Turkey Jerky |

| Turkey Breast, cut into 1/8" thick strips | 1/2 cup Liquid Smoke |
| 3 cups Soy Sauce | 1/2 lb Brown Sugar |
| 1/8 cup Salt and Pepper, more or less pepper to your liking. | |
In a large bowl, mix the liquid smoke, soy sauce, sugar, salt and pepper together. Let stand 10 minutes. Cover bowl and refrigerate overnight. Place in food dehydrator and dry until it is desired dryness. |
