Turkey Jerky
   
Turkey Breast, cut into 1/8" thick strips 1/2 cup Liquid Smoke
3 cups Soy Sauce 1/2 lb Brown Sugar
1/8 cup Salt and Pepper, more or less pepper to your liking.
   

In a large bowl, mix the liquid smoke, soy sauce, sugar, salt and pepper together.

Let stand 10 minutes.
Add the meat and stir to cover well.

Cover bowl and refrigerate overnight.
Drain the meat.

Place in food dehydrator and dry until it is desired dryness.
Stores best in a glass jar.
