| 1 lb lean Ground Beef | 1 Onion, chopped |
| 1 Bell Pepper, chopped | 1 can of Corn |
| 1 can diced Tomato's | Salt and Pepper, to taste |
Brown beef, onion and bell pepper in a cast iron skillet. Add remaining ingredients, cover and simmer 45 minutes, stirring once. |
