Lazy Daisy's One Dish Dinner
   
1 lb lean Ground Beef 1 Onion, chopped
1 Bell Pepper, chopped 1 can of Corn
1 can diced Tomato's Salt and Pepper, to taste
   

Brown beef, onion and bell pepper in a cast iron skillet.

Add remaining ingredients, cover and simmer 45 minutes, stirring once.
